Terms and Conditions
- Only one discounted day ticket per individual or per communication device is permitted.
- It is the user's responsibility to provide a compatible mobile device and to create the necessary account required to receive the discounted ticket.
- If the necessary account has not been created by 23.59 on 30 April 2019 then the ticket processing request will be cancelled.
- The discounted ticket can only be supplied on an mTicket and is not available on any other media.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Tickets issued through this promotion must be used within 90 days and no replacement will be provided where tickets are not used.
- National Express West Midlands reserve the right to remove this promotion at any time.
